Why can't I see the essays?
Oh no! First, make sure that you're logged in to your premium Kibin account by checking that your email address or name shows up in the upper-right corner of the screen. (If you don't have a premium account, you can check out our subscription options here.)
If you're still having trouble seeing the essays in the database after logging in, you may need to switch the web browser you're using to access the site. Unfortunately, our site sometimes doesn't seem to get along well with Internet Explorer, especially after they've released an update. So, we recommend using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox to browse Kibin's Essay Library. All three browsers work well with the site.

Alternatively, you can always read any essay by downloading them as Word files.
If you've tried a different browser and you're still running into trouble, send Team Kibin a message at [email protected] or by clicking the "Send a Message" button in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Please include the browser you're using and a description of the problem in your email if possible. For example, "Help! I'm using Firefox, but I keep getting Error Code XYZ when I try to view essays." This will help us resolve the issue quicker for you! :)
