Why can't I see the essays?
Oh no! Here are a few troubleshooting tips if you've purchased a Kibin subscription and still can't view full essay examples:
Check that you're logged in
First, make sure that you're logged in to your premium Kibin account by checking that your email address or name shows up in the upper-right corner of the screen. (If you don't have a premium account, you can check out our subscription options here.)
Clear your browser cache
One of the easiest fixes for this issue is clearing your browser's cache/history. You can do this by visiting https://clear-my-cache.com/ in the same browser that you are trying to use the Kibin site, or you can do it on your own if you're familiar with how to clear your browser cache on your device. You will need to log back in to the Kibin site once this is complete.
Try a different web browser
If you're still having trouble seeing the essays in the Library after logging in, you may need to switch the web browser you're using to access the site. We recommend using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox to browse Kibin's Essay Examples Library, as the site is optimized for all three. If you need a different browser, you can download Kibin's preferred browsers from the links below:

Alternatively, you can always read any essay by downloading them as Word files.

Please include the browser you're using and a description of the problem in your email if possible. For example, "Help! I'm using Firefox, but I keep getting Error Code XYZ when I try to view essays." Providing this information in your email will help us solve your issue sooner. :)
